During the late 1960's early 70's Anna May gave private lessons in International cooking in Montreal. In 2000 she compiled her favorite recipes from the traditions of Eastern Europe; the Middle East; Jewish recipes;  Italian specialties; Canadian traditional foods, including; French Canadian, Acadian and British origins; American traditions including; Mid-Western favorites, Tex-Mex, New Orleans and Native American cooking. Real home cooking as it is made in it's country of origin, in easy to understand language and easy to follow instructions.

This cookbook was first offered in book form, but is now available on CD. The CD takes cooking to a whole new level as the entire book is viewed as a website, letting the links take you from country to country and recipe to recipe. See something you like?
